Suggested Usage:
As a dietary supplement, take 2000 mg twice daily, or as directed by your qualified health consultant.
On Training Days: take one serving 30-45 minutes prior to exercise and one serving post workout but at least 3 hours after your first serving.
On Non-Training Days: take one serving prior to your first meal of the day and another serving 6-8 hours later. Some powdered items may be hygroscopic and may clump during shipment. This does not effect the efficacy of the product, only the texture.
